SATURN NEXUS Ltd provides digital marketing services, AI automation solutions, website design and development, educational courses, digital tools, and consultancy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement will be agreed in writing before work commences.
All work is subject to a written proposal or statement of work agreed by both parties. Verbal agreements do not constitute a binding contract. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All delivery timelines provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of proposal. Timelines are dependent on the timely provision of content, feedback, and approvals by the client. SATURN NEXUS Ltd will not be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including delayed client feedback, third-party services, or unforeseen technical issues.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for them, including website designs, written copy, and bespoke automation workflows. SATURN NEXUS Ltd retains the right to use generic templates, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently. We reserve the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
All digital products, courses, and templates are sold as-is. No refunds are available on digital downloads once access has been granted. Course content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission from SATURN NEXUS Ltd.
SATURN NEXUS Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing, SEO, or automation services — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Either party may terminate a project or retainer with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is liable for all work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable where work has commenced.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
